Are your labels permanent?
Our medium rectangular labels are extremelly resistant. However, if necessary when applied on plastic, wood, metal or fabric, they can be removed. On the other hand, you could tear paper when trying to remove the label.
Are your labels waterproof?
All our labels are waterproof. They are washable and UV resistant. To maximize their durability, please follow our instructions of use.
What is the difference between self-adhesive clothing labels and iron-on clothing labels?
We offer two types of laundry resistant clothing labels: iron-on and self-adhesive. For your piece of clothing that have a care tag label, use our self-adhesive (included in this package) that stick directly to the garments care tag label (the silk-like label) and require no ironing or sewing. Note that they cannot be applied directly on fabric. For items that do not have care tag labels (e.g., socks, towels, sweaters without labels, etc.), we recommend our iron-on labels, which are designed to adhere directly to most iron-resistant fabrics. They are permanent, but not impossible to remove if needed.
Our self-adhesive labels are designed to be microwave, dishwasher and laundry safe. To maximize their durability, our self-adhesive labels must be applied properly.
OBJECTS:
- Press down firmly to secure the label. Remove any air bubbles that may be between the sticker and the material.
- Wait at least 24 hours before putting the label underwater or exposing it to high temperatures (such as the microwave or dishwasher).
CLOTHING
- Our self-adhesive labels only fit the care tag label of the clothes (the one that looks like silk).
- Apply the self-adhesive label with good pressure in order to eliminate all the air bubbles that could get between the label and the material.
- Wait 24 hours before washing the clothes. Never apply the sticker directly to the fabric. Our labels only fit on the care tag label. If your labels do not stick well, make sure you have followed the instructions.
- If your clothing does not have a care tag label, choose our iron-on labels.
