What are the delivery times?
The production of an order takes 2 to 5 days depending on the season. To this must be added the shipping time:
CANADA
***CANADA POST STRIKE***Due to the Canada Post strike, orders placed with our free standard shipping will have to wait patiently in our warehouse and won’t be shipped until service resumes. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot predict a delivery date for that method. During the strike, we’ve updated our shipping and we’re offering FedEx Ground shipping at only $10 for all orders, and completely free for orders of $60 or more! Please choose one of our FedEx shipping methods if you would like to receive your order quickly.
- Canada Post Standard – 4 to 10 business days.
- FedEx Ground – 2 to 3 business days
- Fedex Priority (with tracking number) – 2-3 business day
UNITED STATES
- Standard (Canada Post, no tracking number) – 5 to 10 business days
- Priority (Fedex) – 3 business days
What are the delivery charges?

UNITED STATES
USA standard shipping is $8. It's the same service as for any regular mailing. (without tracking number)
The delivery charge for Fedex Priority service is $55. In addition to prioritizing the printing of your order, your package can be tracked using a tracking number.
I forgot to select the XPress shipping on my order. Can I change this after placing the order?
If you have not yet received an email confirmation that your order has shipped, there's still time to add the XPress shipment option! Send us an email at info@colleamoi.com.
Please note that a $13 fee will be added to your order to take advantage of Canada Post's Xpress delivery service.
