Night routine: have a more independent child through daylight savings

Daylight Saving Time is fast approaching and as moms, we all know how difficult it can be when it affects our children’s bedtime routine.

To have a smooth transition, try putting your kids to bed 5 to 10 minutes later each day for a week. It will allow their biological clock to slowly adjust. It would also make sense to apply a night routine to ease this transition. The time change will go a lot smoother if a good bedtime routine has been established.

At home, we’ve always liked printed routines to help our children be more independent. We’ve already shared a Morning Routine with you. Now, it’s time to share the Night Routine!

We hope that with this PDF will help your children go to bed smoothly.
